Overview

Axia Memory Technology’s single-level NAND Flash implements 1-bit per cell technology to combine high-performance with robust endurance and reliability required for today’s embedded and IoT applications. 

Supporting the industry standard ONFI 1.0 interface for high-performance I/O operations, Axia SLC NAND supports a standard pinout that remains the same over densities, enabling future upgrades to higher densities without board redesign.
